    pregnancy is amazing there is plenty movement inside you during pregnancy. will you let me know where you guys are located. pregnancy is amazing .

  4. I have prenatal pilates teacher training and we would never put a pregnant woman on her back after 3-4 months. It can limit blood flow to the fetus. Also, flexion should be avaoided, so the final spine stretch exercise is not at all smart. I am very suprised by what I’ve seen in this video from such a renowned centre for movement.

  5. I completely agree, btw. Looking at the video is interesting, but for my clients I am very cautious with them. Even if the “rules” say that you can stop doing certain things at certain points…I know from personal experience that everyone is different. It’s best to be aware of your client and also teach them to be aware of themselves.
